Great communication from start to finsh.nice easy process.everything explained.contacted them when was struggling to find local approved garage .within half hour i had list off certified garage approved .all paper work was ready for me when arrived garage cant fault them. Should be noted iv been customer previous 20years.always first class service .was delighted to be approved after few years away..great to be back

So so disappointed in this companies response when there is a problem. Have left me with nothing but problems and messed up my finance and credit . I rejected the vehicle in October and since then were happy for me to be billed for everything. Offered 150 as compensation when I refused was told that if I didnt accept it then then would have to rethink about renewing the finance ie tried to blackmail me when I reacted angrily they have messed up my account kept my money and messed up my finance will be taking them to the financial ombudsman and taking to court for discrimination under the mental health act as the adverse impact this has had on my health is not acceptable Updated This company is being taking to the ombudsman because of the damage they have done and the liars they have told they have also hid all calls with the actual complaint handler of the case called Hannah M and then have the nerve to say they arent doing anything wrong if thats the case why hide the final response call from Hannah M
