        Super helpful staff, guy working today helped me carry the TV down the street to the car without being asked, really appreciate it.

        Used online page to send pictures of an item and got an email back with a price. I travelled to the Paisley store and explained what I had etc. The staff had no clue and weren't going to take item. As I had emails from the store they gave me a pittance, if I had any other options I would have kept my stuff and left never to return but would have been stranded. Felt robbed, utter disgrace take advantage of people's situations.
