Simple Heating LTD

I too have paid 600 deposit for boiler installation,when fitter failed to arrive on25th august 2021 I contacted company in glasgow,i was offered refund and it was explained it would take 3 weeks. Despite numerous attempts by phone,e mails requests to callback,they have failed to contact me. It is not unreasonable to expect refund for goods and service not provided.its almost 10 weeks since Promised Refund.Local Police say as simple heating ltd were a registered company and their website seems genuine,they are doing no wrong!Tried simple solutions court claim,rejected due to claim form incorrectly Completed.It seems crime sometimes pays! Shocking !

My mother in law paid the 600 and nobody turned up. Cold caller was very convincing. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Please be very careful before paying money before the job is completed.

Edit. Mum has been told by bank Jan 22 that company is in liquidation or administration. SCAMMERS!!!!!!! My mum was conned out of 600. Salesman took the cheque, she called next day to cancel but money was already out her account. Can't get in touch with anyone. She sent 2 recorded letters to them and neither were received. Sickening what these people to do to pensioners. At a loss of what do to do now. It's a registered company so beware you might not get money from bank either

Same here payed 600 pound no one came out now can't get the hold of anyone police and trading standards as well
