Its an amazing gym and place! Was exactly what I was looking for, good environment, lovely people, great effort with all! Im new and just felt part of the team for the first class. Highly recommended.

Best gym around! The encouragement and support everyone in the class gives each other is unmatched! Programming is amazing and get the opportunity to retest workouts every few months to see the progress being made!

I've been part of the amazing team for years now, I was not sure about all new movements but with time and the coaches patient I started enjoying it and I won't leave it for another gym. The coach helped me to gain confidence and even when I feel I won't be able to do something, I get all the help I need to achieve a result. Crossfit Vanduara is an amazing place, made by amazing people, a great family

Couldn't ask for a better team to be around, everyone from all walks of life giving it 100% with workout variations to help everyone achieve their goals and supporting each other with the expert help from all the coaches. So happy to have joined, seen such big improvements in myself
