        Came down with Duffie to train a 40 minute circuit, everyone was engaging, friendly and treated you as if you had been there for years! A great sense of community, all while providing a brilliant service with motivated people in a safe and uplifting environment! Thank you to the team When Im Glasgow again, Ill absolutely be back!         My Wife and I have been training with Micky for several years now! Always a cheerful smile and warm welcome waiting anytime we arrive. We both take part in group sessions and personal training. They are well tailored to both our needs and we never feel that we cannot take part, the encouragement always keeps us going!
