Dont be afraid to call Boiler Breakdown Repairs, if your boiler broke, they get to work. Communication could be better overall, but at the end they really wont disappoint you. My boiler needed a new PCB board, which they took care of at a competitive price. The boiler have had issues after the board switch, but those issues were eventually resolved as well.

I would like to say that I am more than happy with the service today, my boiler stopped working and started flashing red lights. John tried his best over the phone to advise me how to reset the boiler and unfortunately it did not work. He sent out the engineer Kevan whom was just as chatty with advice on what was wrong, turned out the boiler was needing a new thermo plug which he had in box of spares. 60 + 14 + vat was money well spent as I had another company tell me that my 9 year old boiler was done and that I needed a new boiler which comes with a 10 year warranty! I said I would need time to consider and try find the money as they quoted 1800 + vat. It really does pay to have a second opinion or even a third in such case and thankfully it paid off for me.
