I was supplied with a replacement shower with fitted pump. Turns out, should never be connected to mains water supply as the warning on the shower manual clearly states. The engineer never at anypoint asked the water supply, therefore advising the unneccesary purchase of a high priced shower, which will now have to be replaced. On follow up phone conversation, the engineer did not admit fault or any resolution offered. He could only state, 'anyone could have made that mistake', clearly acknowlegding his own lack of skill.
