Couldnt have made buying a car any easier. Tony the product consultant couldnt have done anymore for me, he got me what I wanted for my part exchange, arranged for my new car to be sent down to my local branch and checked in with me every couple of days to make sure I was happy with the process.

I bought a used Abarth in September 23. As soon as I collected the car I have had nothing but problems yet the only issues that were highlighted to me on purchase were acouple of decals peeling and a couple of paint chips on the body work. I have been to my local Arnold Clarke in Manchester 4 times with some of the problems still not rectified. So far top mounts have been replaced, rear brakes needed doing, the radio has stopped working and a huge amount of rust has now been found around the exhaust so I think.that needs replacing. At no point have I been given a courtesy car so I have gone for weeks without a vehicle while waiting for work to be approved under warranty. All this going on whilst going back and forth for Cancer appointments, relying on family to pick me up and drop me off. My car is booked in 25th April to have the radio and exhaust looked at but have already been told the exhaust won't come under my extended warranty but I don't see why I should have to pay when this issue was already present on the car when I bought it and obviously wasn't addressed in the original service and MOT that was carried out by Linwood.
