All facts, they let us down on many occasions, held us up, left parts incomplete, never finished, sealed their work, had to chase time and time again for snagging! Completely botched our carpet, came to size to fix the issue then never came back. Sent payment demands, without resolving poor workmanship, demanded full payment for carpet thats cut too short and unsafe on stairs! Oh then theres the members of their staff who steal from your premises, take hundred of pounds worth of goods and response is to sweep it under the carpet, caught on camera stealing cameras! Try to bribe you from reporting it to police, promise to take care of you, look after you. Then threaten you with debt recovery and lawyers to take you to court when they havent resolved their poor workmanship and standards Avoid avoid avoid - all facts, photos and footage available find a professional as this company has proved they are anything but!
