        Absolutely awful experience - 70 order placed, then 2 hours later after querying it, order was showing delivered, but was not delivered. When questioned on two separate calls 13.50,pm and again at 16.30 both members of staff hung up, the first laughing as she passed the phone to the so-called supervisor. Still no order made or recieved. VERY poor customer service and no common sense or decency from either staff member. Very poor listening skills - a customer service course should be undertaken. Shocking
