POOR AND SLOW SERVICE!!! I'm not a fan on leaving poor reviews but I felt I needed to so other customers don't have their time and effort waster as I did! I emailed and telephoned this company for a simple quotation on a project that I was looking to carry out in a years time but no one replied back! I then followed up with numerous emails & telephone calls and I was promised each time someone would be in touch but I was still kept waiting. TWO MONTHS LATER, I finally received a response to say the company is 'busy' and don't have 'the capacity to take on more work' despite the fact it was required in a years time. I've used this company before similar work and in general they do not issue documents when they promise which affects planning permission timescales so I've decided going forward I'll look elsewhere as the service can't be as bad as I've experienced here!

First class service from the start to the finish of our project so much so we are currently working with Balfour Engineering again. Everybody is so helpful and all queries are dealt with efficiently and promptly. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asked.
