I cannot thank the doctors enough at this surgery. They are always polite and shows genuine care . The same for the Nurses and reception staff.

Receptionist I talked to in person was mad because I was asking questions about getting an appointment as I had been cut off when calling in after a 45 min wait on the phone. She knew my name due to me picking up my prescription as well. I phoned 10 mins later later for a emergency appointment about my mental health issues because after some thought it was an emergency. I didnt get a call from a doctor and Im sure its because the receptionist was annoyed that I complained about my issue earlier. (I wasnt rude to her by the way). Very poor help! Nasty receptionist
