Anchor Mill Medical Practice

Can't get an appointment for love nor money. Spend 1hr + on the phone . Frequently cut off, eventually get through to be told to call back tomorrow.Even the prescription line has you waiting for ages. The doctors are great but their appointment system is pathetic. Don't agree that the receptionist determines who see a GP either. Time to look at another practice it was joke before but since Covid it's got progressively worse.

cant get through to anyone at the desk at any time throughout the day. VERY VERY POOR

* Called for a repeat prescription over 1 week ago * received no communication from the surgery * goes to the chemist expecting to pick my prescription and not there. * Gets through to the surgery, oh, its been over 1 year since you have had it. * you need a GP appointment and the first one is in 2 weeks * is that the best no you can do, that will be over 3 weeks since I called.. * computer says no, alternatively you can try to call or come down at 08:30 * whether its with myself or our 3 year old twins, usual story with Anchor Mill, they would give a paracetamol a headache
