Wonderful staff and service. Highly recommend! We used the clinic for both NHS and private treatment on separate occasions and the staff were excellent.

Utterly incompetent. I got to them for toothache, they say the tooth needs to come out but a scale and polish needs to be done first. Fair enough, we do that, book a new appointment for the 7th. Then, they phone me to rebook as they'll be closed for the bank holiday. I show up on THE DAY THEY CHOSE only to be told they won't remove the tooth in case there's "complications" over the long weekend and book a job for Tuesday 11:40. Over said weekend I develop an inability to open my mouth, I phone them 09:00 Tuesday to tell them this, they say to come in anyway, I do and THEN they reveal they can't do anything, and because I waited until my appointment time I can no longer speak to NHS24. Had they told me they couldn't do anything when I called them, I could've spoken to NHS24 and maybe got a referral to the dental hospital. Three appointments over three weeks and I still have toothache and now I can't even open my mouth to eat properly. Completely useless organisation.
