        One of the agents had serious attitude problem. No acknowledgement and made me wait for a good 15 mins while pretending to be busy but sitting on the last counter and doing nothing. Queried about online purchase and buy-back options, the information provided was totally wrong. No clue why these useless people get recruited.

        Great customer service can't thank them anuf bought a ring for my daughter and it was two small so they exanged it the next day no question asked will be going bk soon thanks again.
