It took 2 days to get my case from Glasgow to Troon. I made two calls to their 0845 number and got different stories on when my bag may arrive. My bag arrived 3 1/2 hours later than the final version of the story To cap it all - I was charged 50p per minute for using their only advertised contact number (0845). My bill for 2 short calls was over 5. The charge rate is NOT displayed on the web site nor do I recall any warning about charges during the call. NOT a happy experience

We had a very bad trip to Scotland that was wasted trying to get contact with them trying to get our bags back. The delivery man told us that the looping message on their phone line saying to Check our their website is actually a waiting queue to be helped but Im not sure. Solved: if you contact Eagle Couriers Edinburgh, we were able to actually speak with someone and get a drop off arranged, since apparently THS is owned by Eagle. Hope this helps

There's some real rubbish written here I'm afraid. Lost luggage is infuriating and I shudder to think of the abuse the couriers get. THEY do not lose your bags the airlines do ok? As a guide of 26 seasons I've dealt an awful lot with THS and they've been excellent. Speak to these people nicely and you'll find they're good professional and helpful people is all I'll say. Thanks for getting that bag to Oban folks after BA sent it half way round the world. Some of us realise and appreciate the impossible job you often have. Cheers Matt

If I can give zero star I would. So most of our luggages were delayed at Edinburgh airport this morning. Menzies Baggage staff (on behalf BA) reassured us that our luggages (10 of them were delayed, only one arrived) will be delivered AT OUR DOOR (4th floor). I remind them we are at 4th floor and they reconfirmed their answer. Come delivery time, the courier (THS Couriers driver) WOULD NOT bring it up. At first he offered to bring two (with a bad attitude), then I said I was promised all would be delivered. He said that's not his problem. I was frustrated. And the unthinkable happened: HE THREATENED TO NOT DELIVER THE BAGS AT ALL! I had to convince him that he can leave the bags at the building and I had to drag them all up DESPITE BEING PROMISED OTHERWISE. This is some atrocious customer service. And sadly, customers have no choice here.
