Had the shipping number buy not the tracking number chat bot didn't work on an android mobile. Couldn't find parcel without tracking number. drove there drove back. Took 2 hours . Was in all day friday and they said they tried to deliver but hadn't. Will now try to reschedule for Monday. Marvellous.
