service, terrible. Guy behind counter with the piercings was rude, looked unwell as if he was hungover. Manager was rude. Completely messed up all the orders gave my friends order to one table and even after the other guy had touched it, he still brought it over to my table. the food that my friends got late was all cold and had reached every table before our own. mine was okay, warm, but 10 minutes late out.

Not the best Nandos experience weve ever had. Could see our food sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while so when we got it, it wasnt very hot and they got our sides wrong.
