        I sold my car last night to WBAC and got great customer service from David. Also I received a decent and fair amount for my car, which takes the hassle out of me selling privately. This is the 2nd time I've used the company and both times was pleasantly surprised - there was no need for haggling which I always find a horrible part of car buying or selling. The amount I was quoted online, there was some deducted on my final quote due to paintwork (due to wear and tear) and alloys which was to be expected, and still much easier than me taking for a re-spray or repairs. David done an assessment of the car, and talked through the deductions and I agreed and believed to be realistic and fair. Its worth mentioning, I had a value in my mind that I would have refused if they offered below, but the offer I got was still above what I would have sold privately for. Would defo use this service again.

        Total scam merchants. Tried to say my car had a possible insurance warning as a "right off" due to a number plate change BEFORE I owned the car. I've had it five year's and never had any insurance issues. Guy started waffling on about head gasket issues on "this make and model of car". Low mileage Astra. Total waste of my time. Conned into driving 30 mile round trip on a promise of a "fair price". Not happy.
