I dropped off my car for its first year service and I was given the use of a courtesy car while my own was being checked over.from drop off to pick it I received service with a smile I have always found the staff at Arnold Clark very welcoming&friendly they are on hand to answer any questions I may have I never have any issues with staff at Arnold Clark.i am 100% satisfied at all times

Good service from Hannah getting my new car yesterday, was able to pick up my car and sort all the paperwork with a day, really impressed!

As a motabilty customer who should be treated as more valued customers than that of off the street customers, I was left onsite for 5hrs waiting for a service that wasn't actually due. Service manager hid in his office sending younger staff members to let me know 4 hrs of waiting the car was finally starting an annual service.. which literally was a car wash and oil change!! Disgraceful arnold clark hyundai you should be ashamed!
