        Salt n Chilli chips were just soggy chips with chilli powder on top. Took them back, but refused a refund.

        3 hours for delivery, when order arrived it was the wrong order. Contacted shop, who stated that the driver had given our order to the wrong recipient. No apology, no attempt to rectify mistake and no apology. Absolutely appaling service. Totally understandable that mistakes happen but a 3 hour wait with no apology or attempt to sort order is a disgrace. Will never order from here again.
