Maya's Lash Studio & Academy

I'd give zero stars if possible. I tried to cancel my appointment and the app wouldn't allow me to as it was less than 48hrs from the appointment time. I recieved an aggressive phone call from the owner of the salon accusing me of being rude for not cancelling etc I tried to explain that I hadn't been able to cancel on the website and recieved a further torrent of abuse from the owner, apparantly I should have hunted down her email adress or phone number online ( I don't have any social media accounts ) it's not as if the place is busy. Would not recommend anyone uses this place, I told the owner there are plenty more places to go for lashes and she sarcastically agreed with me as if she thinks her salon is the only place to go. I would have been quite happy to apologise and re book the appointment but the owners aggression and accusations really were disgusting

Charged 60 for basic one to one eyelashes extension. At least 2 gaps on one eyelid left undone. Will not recommend and never go back either.

Maya was especially professional, her eyelash fitting was amazing. She is very friendly and I found her studio relaxing and everytime I travel from Stornoway to Glasgow I dont regret the distance to use her services. Please move to Stornoway!
