        Needed a last minute nail app for biab and this place had space at half 4. I booked in and noted if i could get a removal for previous nails in the notes as i couldnt find the removal service on the list i then got told it wasnt possible and that i couldnt be fit in for both on the same day which was fair so i didnt show up, i then got charged the 25 for not showing up when i had been told the services couldnt be offered on the same day. i respect businesses and would fully understand to charge if i hadnt shown up but i hadnt shown due to being told it couldnt be done. i then took it up with the page on instagram and they were very unprofessional, argumentative and not trying to help me with a resolution apart from rebooking and im not sure why i would want to rebook with a place who are only interested in money / greed. AVOID at all costs Service: Manicure
