Been using Guy& Beard at Linwood for about a year now. I've just left the unit (27/04/23), after receiving the worst haircut I can remember. After telling the guy I wanted a mid height skinfade and actually pointing to where on the sides I wanted it....he proceeds to take it up as high as he could at the sides. He was a new barber to me but after having lots of cuts in there, sometimes with guys I hadn't seen before, I didn't think I had anything to worry about. His style of barbering, and I use that term loosely, was so rough and without much care or attention to detail. The haircut itself he managed to rush through in around 10 mins, might tell you how much he cared about his instructions or what he was even doing. I'm not normally one for posting complaints, but I will not be back!!!! 19 for the pleasure, and it is the first time since I started paying for my own haircuts that I have not left a tip. A truly terrible service. I would have rated it as zero stars but had to give it at least 1 Service: Fade cut
