        Me and my dad spent over an hour with Precious sorting out his complicated card issues. Her service was fantastic. So patient, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Service is always good in this branch but Precious was outstanding.

        Greeted, at the entrance with a lovely woman that showed me how to cash a, cheque into my account. Wow wow what a service. You should open a royal bank of scotland resturant too. Sometimes we need diffrent.

        Never enough tellers on at any given time creating massive ques making the most simple tasks take far more time than is reasonable, all staff want to do (or are instructed to do) is refer you to digital banking absolute joke of a bank
