        Terrible experience. Arrived at GLA from Frankfurt with a missing baggage. Only one employee to manage a queue of more than 25 passenger waiting for service for their canceled flight. When made it to the counter, I was advised I should not have waited and I should report online. After I insisted, politely but reluctantly I was given a form to complete. No proof or copy was handed. Not even the name of the person serving me!! When I checked online later at night, I found out YOU CANNOT REPORT ONLINE a delayed baggage for GLA!!!!!! So, if took his advise, where would I be now? This is the worse experience. Shame on the company.

        Worst Service ever. My luggage is now lost for almost one month and they don't try to help. Especially one old guy on the phone never listened, but kept on interrupting, and even hung up several times, which is totally not acceptable.

        Sorry but youre probably out of luck already if you are forced to use the Menzies office to help get your bag back. Its been 23 days that Ive been calling the airline, courier, and Menzies trying to get my bag back. And it all stems back to Menzies incorrectly sending my bag to a castle in Scotland and then promptly ignoring all phone calls and email from both myself and British airways to rectify the situation. You truly cannot get a hold of this company on the phone, not even an option to hold. They do not care about you or your bags whatsoever.
