Having read the reviews before opting to purchase I wasn't disappointed with Jim. I found him to be very experienced and efficient. He was very thourough in his measurements and what was best for my project. Very reasonably priced as my job was fairly big. Would definitely use Jim and Derek again, as one review said he's old school and that's what I liked.

Had a window that wouldn't close,called Jim early evening,was at my house within 15 mins,fitted a new mechanism,working perfectly,very reasonable price.Would definately recommend.

The man to call for window repairs, gave me the best advice and has saved me . He rescued my French patio doors, which I thought were a gonner, squared up the rest of the doors. Replaced some windows aswell as getting me some fresh handles for my old windows (which they don't make any more) just brilliant. Thanks bud!

Had Jim out to replace two hopper window and replace a hinge on another unit. Great service communication throughout Would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks all

THE top man for window and door repairs. knowledgeable, professional and will give good value. He won't bully you into replacing windows that can be fixed but due to his experience will be able to fix most issues. A pleasant and helpful man who can be relied on to do a great job. Highly recommended.
