        Booked a taxi a week and a half in advance, taxi came a week early, but then confirmed we were in the diary for the correct date. Guess what, they never turned up. When I called, I was met with,"oh yeah there's been a mess up" but no alternative offered. A big night out ruined by their mess up with no apology or alternative. Never using them again with that customer service.
