Very poor communications. Nice big facility with lots of stone, but they are not interested in selling to the public.

Due to the poor communication from the company, our house build was delayed twice. Very poor service. Excellent stone, however, I would not recommend this company. We have contacted the company various times this year and last year, filled with false promises from the team. In fact, we are still waiting for our house name to be engraved on stone. Disappointing communication all round.

Emailed an enquiry about a project into the office and didn't receive a reply, called a week later to talk about my enquiry and was told that my email had been read but nobody had bothered replying back. I then had a conversation with someone in the office about the project and was assured that a follow up email was going to be sent that same day... the email never happened and this was now over a week ago. Terrible customer service, don't bother.
