Have had nothing but issues with this practice. You phone at bang on opening time and still cannot get through and when you finally do get through you get told all the appointments for the day are gone and arent allowed to make a future appointment anymore. Family members have had the same issues and have actually been left without a doctor due to lack of compassion and communication amongst the practice. Utter disgrace.

Im saddened to see the practices upcoming change to being run by the health board but I want to send my sincerest thank yous to Dr Craig and Dr Stephen for being so brilliant when I was registered with the practice for over five years. Their compassion and kindness have left a lasting, positive, impression on my opinion of healthcare within NHS Scotland as an American who moved to Scotland some years ago. Getting an appointment is impossible, and you have to know how the system works..ie ring at 8am, wait and keep trying, and trying, the system seems to only accept 10 calls at a time, so can be a long wait...and alway remember don't get frustrated or ask questions as this is usually responded with negativity...its taken me a while to work out what and when to call, or how repeat prescriptions work or how and when to get test results as there doesn't appear to be writing rules, and if you ask..its as I've you should know, which just gets me more upset.. doctors and nurses are brilliant, professional, helpful and courteous.... I wish I didn't have to call, as I now dread the experience...

Really frustrating appointment booking system. You can only book same day appointments. You have to call at 8am to try and book and appointment and the line is always engaged. Eventually you get through and they tell you there are no appointments left, try again tomorrow. I can't review the doctors because I've never been able to reach one.
