        Best MMA gym in the Glasgow Area. I trained here for a couple of years and it kills me that I dont train here anymore due to work commitments. The owner, instructors and students harness a family ethos throughout making it a brilliant atmosphere with no egos- which is extremely rare to find in this sport. I can guarantee that once you start training at the Lions Den, youll become attached and never look back!

        Been training at the Lions Den for many years now, best place to train!! There's no place better for conditioning and mma classes. My little girl also trains here at the kids classes and loves it. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly.
