        The service I experienced by one of the female members of staff at the till was the worst customer experience Ive had with any company for a long time. She was rude, unhelpful and made the simple process of picking up a parcel a horrific experience. Ive never had any issues before with the lovely guys behind the counter. The lady that served me shouldnt be allowed on the front counter and should be in the back where she doesnt have to interact with people. Will not be returning and will make sure I choose a different key store to pick up from in future.

        Would leave zero if I could. Which is a shame, because the guy is lovely but the younger woman must be bi polar or something. Absolutely miserable (as someone else has noted), extremely unhelpful and rude. Will not spend money in this shop again - is bookended by a shop at either side of the village, both of which could not be ran by more helpful or lovely staff. Keep behaving like this and youll end up with no custom.
