This Tour Company smashed it today! Two fantastic guides, D & G ..(the Dolce and Gabanna of Guides in Oban). Tours includes a 3 hour trip of stunning castles and a 6 hour tour of Glencoe and surrounding areas.

We had the most wonderful private tour with Neil. My partner and I had a full day of amazing views, a fantastically interesting history, and such fun conversation. Neil was a very knowledgeable and open hearted person and we are very excited to visit Oban again. Thank you!

Me and my fianc booked a bespoke private tour from Oban to Glencoe with multiple stops along the way. Our tour guide, Martin, was incredible. His knowledge of the area and his wonderful story telling made this tour one of our favorite parts on our trip to Scotland.

I booked Tartan Tours to take a group of 10 around various sites in the Crinan area of Argyll - we had Heather as our driver for two days. We had a wonderful time with such a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and courteous guide! We worked out an itinerary with Tartan Tours in the run up to the visit and were able to visit Keills Chapel, Tayvallich, Inverary, Kilmartin Glen - all in the beautiful west coast sunshine. Heather knows everything and has a particular passion for archaeology and for Scottish customs - she really went the extra mile, both to answer all our questions and to look after us all. I would really recommend her excellent service.

Had a good 2 day private tour - Tartan Tours were keen to ensure we got the tailor made experience, starting with a web chat with Charlie to match our preferences to his local knowledge; comfortable and roomy minivan; top mention to Heather our guide/driver - friendly, flexible on the itinerary when it got a bit too rainy, and passionate about sharing her knowledge to make our tour informative and enjoyable - the unrivalled authority on crannogs and fish traps! plus lots more. Thank you both - we feel we maximised our stay in Oban and are back in the travel seat. Highly recommended.
