        Staff put wrong address for my parcel. Last time I sent large letter with first class but they put second class stamp but charged for first class. Found out when my client sent me photo of parcel and noticed it.

        A few signs would help. I was wandering all around Oban looking for a Post Office, only to be told that it was in the old building roughly opposite the cancer charity shop. Eventually I found it. Perhaps a sign on the outside saying 'Post Office' might be a good idea?
