They deserve zero stars! Absolutely disgusted about the lack of customer service. Phoned them to help out with an emergency. They replied with a yes, no problem! Then every day they would have an excuse not to be able to come in. After a week and numerous phone calls I managed to find a reliable plumber somewhere else. Do not use these guys! Zero interest in helping you out!

We have used Oban Plumbing & Heating multiple times over the years for many types of plumbing, heating and drainage work at our house in Appin. No job is too small or too difficult and I was particularly impressed recently when John came to our house to fix grab handles in the shower when my husband became disabled due to cancer - John was here the next day.

Would give it zero if I could, I was put off 3 times, I was given 2 different appointments which I waited at home for, for the plumber to just not turn up, when I called he said he had a more important job he was on, twice this happened, I was then told I would receive a call within the next few days to reschedule for the 3rd time so of course when I heard nothing for 10 days I went elsewhere with a much more reliable and professional plumbing service and my dishwasher install was completed within 2 days.

I have had four bathrooms upgraded in the last 18 months by Oban plumbing and heating . On each occasion they have done, a professional job , on time and on budget . The attention to detail was very pleasing . I would certainly recommend them .
