        Could not have been more helpful and friendly. I was looking for a specific jacket which they didnt have in store, the manager chatted about various options and gave me a note of styles that were available online. Great service, will definitely be back.

        Called into the store to get a waterproof jacket, was greeted by a lovely lady named Tracy who was very helpful and informative of the products on sale. Bought a jacket and went on my way. I tried the jacket on again when I got to my hotel and realised that maybe I had chosen the wrong size! It was 5:30pm at this time and I ran back to the shop in hopes to swap it for a bigger size. When I got there the shop was closed and I was gutted. Then Tracy appeared at the door with a smile on her face, I then explained that I had bought the wrong size and she proceeded to let me in and swap it round. What a star. This was my last chance to get a waterproof before getting the ferry to mull in the morning so Tracy really saved me!

        I popped in to see if I could get some wellies for my son, Tracy was super helpful and helped me pick out a pair that fitted him perfectly. My son's autistic and she was amazing with him Makes such a difference when sales people are inclusive and don't judge. Thankyou Tracy - you made a usually stressful experience a lovely one
