        Butter beer ice cream was literally the worst ice cream since I made my own as a kid and got salt into the batch. I make my own butter beer and was disappointed by service and cream.

        Fantastic farm location,(Highland Fold HQ) in Barcaldine. Superb ice cream, and desserts. Ice Cream, made on site, from the farm's own Highland cattle. Gem of a location, and super friendly staff.. The kids will love it.!!!
