Walkability: Easy walking distance into Oban. There is also parking for guests.
Food & drinks: Self service and make your own breakfast which is not for everyone. Cereal, yoghurt, ham and cheese, pastries, toast and eggs. Juice,tea, coffee available at any time as dining room is always open.

The large room we booked had been given to another couple, and the room we were given needed a good hoover with a dead spider in the corner of it.
The toilet seat was completely split so that it was uncomfortable to sit on.
The continental breakfast left a great deal to be desired with no staff on hand we had to hunt for bowls etc.

If i am ever back in Oban I will book early because it is usually ful. Great parking and sea views.
