A good florist's shop, but communication with customers placing orders & politeness when dealing with them needs working on a touch.

Brilliant florist, I have ordered flowers by phone a few times for my relative who lives in Oban. Always had Excellent customer service, Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend petals of Oban. You won't be disappointed.

What a shower. Ordered flowers for my mother's 95th birthday. They failed to deliver them to the right address on the island on the agreed day. Didn't return my message about it and when i called the next morning to follow up the attitude was poor - i was told there was no reply and flowers therefore dropped at back of house. It was the wrong house - just as well as would they serously expect a 95 yr old lady to stumble about to get them? I was told i was rude too - no apology or immediate offer to fulfil the order. i learned later that thankfully the flo wers were delivered to mum from the people they went to - the promised redlivery never took place. My advice from my experience here is beware. Collection i am sure is fine but attitude and lack of service when they blunder is dire. The flowers were good - but late and surprise spoilt.
