        So, funny story- I'm the kid with the braces and the ushanka that came in earlier today! Got my brace wires ill fitted a couple of weeks back and I twisted one out while eating something a couple of days ago. Darn thing was digging into my cheek so bad it was making a hole :( Ran in here with my mum and sister and the kind staff lent us a (sanitized) pair of wire cutters to chop the centimeter of wire outta my mouth. Didn't purchase any tools while we were there but I genuinely can't thank all of you enough!! I can eat and speak without being in pain now!! Not really a utilities person but I would recommend based on the staff's attitude alone :)
