Argyll Tapestry

A lovely shop full of interesting tapestries made by the owner which decorate the walls. Also kits to buy. Nice to browse and to kick-start my enthusiasm to start a tapestry again.

Asked the woman if she would do a deal on 2x35 cushions. She agreed to 60 for the 2. When I paid for them I noticed a mark in one and said oh can I change this one, it has a mark on it. She replied no I have just done you a deal you have just got 9 off. I said but the deal wasnt to take a faulty one. She replied that was my intention to give you a marked one as I done you a deal!!! I said, you cant be serious? She replied yes I am and you cant change it, I proceeded to leave the shop amazed by the womans comments. I couldnt believe what she said to me!! It was after I paid for them by my card that she just turned really nasty. I asked her if I could write a review online and she said no smiling from behind her mask!! I have never felt so much rage at shocking customer service in my life. Dont be fooled by her nature when you go into her shop!! As soon as she takes your money she changes into another person. She was really nasty with it too and made me feel quite frightened. I would not recommend anyone going near this shop!!
