Isle of Mull Cottages

Cuin View is a beautiful cottage. Warm & cosy with wonderful views across the valley. We found it to be a great base for exploring Mull. Dervaig has a shop and pub (which serves really nice meals) & Tobermory is not too far away. We saw lots of wildlife including Golden & Sea Eagles, Harriers, Buzzards, Ravens, Red & Fallow Deer, Seals & Otters. (Not forgetting the beautiful smaller species of birds too!) One evening, we even had a Sea Eagle fly past right next to the property! Our dogs were made very welcome and loved the beaches, especially Calgary and lots of woodland walks.

Lovely little house but the master bed was very uncomfortable and is obviously well used as it has a big ridge in the middle and the towels we not big enough even for my small 20 year old daughter. We had no heating or hot water for the last 2 days but could still shower and used the log burner to heat the front room. Leaving for 9am was a struggle and with the house rules asking for it to be cleaned and hoovered before we left meant the day before we left was spent cleaning. However the property was nicely decorated and lovely wooden furniture.
