Wild Campers

Having given up on buying a completed camper from scratch we had to find someone to convert our bog standard VW Transporter. This was daunting - the choice is huge - but Neil's Wild Campers outfit stood out, first of all with the website (informative, colourful and easy to navigate) and then with a visit to his workshop in Glasgow, where we immediately felt that he was on our wavelength with what we were trying to achieve. The wait for a slot for Neil to start work was frustrating, but we reasoned that he must be good with such a crowded order book. And so it proved. We took possession of our new camper recently and couldn't be happier. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and we feel that years and years of fun on the road are ahead of us. Thank you.

Neil converted our VW Shuttle on time, on budget and to a very high standard. While he was converting the van, Neil kept in regular contact and sent lots of photos. He listened to my ideas and requirements, and was able to get the essence of what we wanted, build on my good ideals and tactfully divert me from some of my crazier ideas. We have ended up with a beautiful, characterful van that is very high-spec. Best of all, Neil is honest and straight talking. A great guy to deal with.
