Great customer service from the team at Island Bakery! The Lemon Melts are delicious but unfortunately sold out at my local stockists so I made an online order. There ended up being a delay in the delivery because of the address I provided. When I called up, John was very helpful and did all he could to track the parcel which has finally arrived now. Overall it was packaged well and the biscuit boxes arrived in pristine condition.

Nasty liars. Discrimination Bakery. Avoid, do not work here. My partner was discriminated against by the production manager and was then discriminated and harassed by the director. (Training course wont help). All facts. You give Mull a bad name. Everything I have stated, I have proof of. They wont get away with it. In due course, when everything is settled, I will post all evidence supporting my claims.

Outstanding customer service - I emailed a product query and received a detailed, courteous and helpful reply from the director within the hour, together with a generous goodwill gesture. It's so refreshing to find a firm with both an excellent product and superb customer care. Highly recommended.

The product is very tasty but you pay the same price for a much smaller snack. They used to be about 65mm dia now they are about 35mm. Sneaky ploy because the packaging is the same size. It's a pity because they are very tasty but I won't buy again.
