Creagdhu House

Wow! I've just found this by accident looking on Google maps - I stayed at Creagdhu over 20 years ago. All the double rooms were booked but the lovely owner - I think she was called Mary McKay - was happy for partner and I to share the little single room over the front door if we were happy to - of course we didn't mind, we so wanted to stay there, it was by far and away the best spot we'd found near Oban, and I still have all the beautiful sunset pictures I took (I don't still have the same partner though!). I would love to return one day

Really nice host couple who don't know all the good things they have to do for their guests (made sure we got a table at one of the best restaurants in town and drove us there so we "could enjoy a glass of wine"). Sumptuous water views and magnificent breakfasts. It is understood that the room was clean and tidy and the bed really good. Can be highly recommended. (Original) Fantastisk B&B. Virkelig sdt vrtspar, der ikke ved alt det gode, de skal gre for deres gster (srgede for, at vi fik bord p en af byens bedste restauranter og krte os derind, s vi "kunne nyde et glas vin"). Overddig udsigt over vandet og storslet morgenmad. Det forsts at vrelset var rent og pnt og sengen rigtig god. Kan varmt anbefales.
