Really lovely beach and completely empty. We even saw an otter swimming across the bay! Great for paddleboarding/kayaking on a calm day too!

Personally this is my favourite beach on Mull. It is secluded, so you don't have the crowds that Calgary attracts (which is overrated in my opinion). Amazing geology and black, volcanic sands. Wonderful spot for a picnic. You are more likely to share the beach with coos and sheep than people and I think that is wonderful. Buzzards live in the woods behind so you can swim and watch them fly at the same time. Great place to find seashells and build sandcastles.

Great beach. Lovely sandy beaches with large black volcanic boulders sheltering you from the wind.
