        Disappointed in customer service. Not friendly. Woman with blue hair needs some intensive customer service training.

        Food was excellent just a shame a certain member of staff has absolute no customer service skills and had an extremely aggressive manner towards my daughter and nephew when asked a simple question about the money on the roof of the pub. Such a shame as she spoiled our experience of the pub and really let's the rest of her team down who couldn't of been nicer. Date of visit 15th July 2022.
