Not often do you find people who are passionate about their work, whilst being fully aware of their impact on the world and the society as a whole. I've had the pleasure of meeting Roger, Dave and the rest of the team over our stay in Lismore and I can safely say, trying their steaks, chicken or anything else in-between may very well be the spark that will change your future meat buying habits. These men and women know about their farm animals, about their grass, and soil underneath. They very carefully and consciously take care of all of the above to provide meat of truly unprecedented quality. Remember the time you had the best steak in a high end steakhouse? Then think of the work and effort that went into prepare the whole meal? Fry or barbecue the steak you buy from Sailean project and I can safely bet this steak will beat whatever you've previously thought was good by large margin.
