Having passed close to this in Scotland on our way to Oban and later on to Inveraray - gives me a chance to explain two things. 1 - the Tower of Glenstrae - which is down the road from the Loch Awe Hotel and a former castle - long since fallen into a state of unlivability. Over a hundred and twenty years ago. Storms wracked most of Scotland and lightning struck the castle remains. Since there was no living soul there - no casualties. The same couldn't be said for the Forth Railway bridge. Which suffered a catastrophic structure failure and promptly collapsed into the river. Unfortunately killing well over a hundred people in the consequences of that. 2: I'm quite the enthusiast of coach tours holidays and in the internet - there's copious data and information on various coach holidays. Scotland is popular with many and since 1982 - I have been up to Scotland 51 times. And can attest to a 97% successful enjoyment of ALL coach holidays. Very recommended - of course. And it's possible to shop about and find value for money in coach holidays. As example - I found a coaching break for 24 under my minimum holidays expenditure of 250. Go! Is what I say.
