Beaver Timber

I would love to give more stars but I have not received the shed ordered more than 4 months ago and paying half the total price of 2,660. I was given 6-8 weeks, then workers had covid, problem with wood supplies now I have server not found in emails which previously went through and no answer on the phones.Should I be worried Gary?

strong builded summer house, sadly not squared so took a long time to put up.. Handle was broken on arrival but got an new one without any problems

Unprofessional company, product, behaviour and response! Word of warning to potential customers. I have never posted a negative review on anything before but this experience was a total nightmare. I ordered a wooden frame for a greenhouse in April 2021, Timber was rotten Measurements were wrong Workmanship poor No customer service at all Happy to take my cash but thereafter nothing was their fault and at 1300 not cheap! Gary denied the timber was rotten but everyone who has looked at it confirmed it was rotten,both professional and laymen. His website claims all timber is high quality! Having been in the building trade I know a bit of rotten timber when I see it and this was a disgrace! Gary blamed me for the wrong measurements but I had the original ones I gave him in his hand writing. I was left with a totally unfinished framework which didn't fit and had to replace the rotten timber and pay a joiner to repair and alter the framework all at my own expense. Even the trusses didn't fit and were rotten. I received a meagre refund and am still waiting on replacement good quality timber. What I got is totally unfit for purpose. I have never in 40yrs of business come across such an unscrupulous,nasty horrible man. I add photos of samples of the large amount of rotten timber which obviously didn't rot between the yard and delivery. I phoned immediately but you refused to come and see it and wouldn't accept there was anything wrong with it. In reply to the comment below my review is totally accurate unlike your comment that I hung up on you.I spoke to you and said I had only told the truth and that I didn't want to talk further. When I came down to your office to discuss the matter and show you the rotten timber you said, ''I think you should leave''! It would seem telling the truth is another skill you lack.

Shed seems to be fairly good quality, customer service very poor. Was given a date when shed would be put up ,then told shed builder hadnt turned up for work. I had to call to get another date and they came a day earlier, when I told them I would be away. Bill left on shed floor,and didnt even get any acknowledgment of payment. Called to say rain coming through door ,but the reply was we will look at it when next in the area ,that was January. Needless to say not heard a thing from them.

Very happy with my new shed, good solid build, long lasting waterproof roof, the boys did a good job installing it, I think a very reasonable price, I am happy to recommend Beaver Timber
